SubPay

  • SubPay has eliminated days of calculating time sheets. SubPay calculates pay for both certified staff who are paid by a set daily rate, and classified staff who are paid hourly based on the position they are working. This has been a life saver. Instead of spending days processing their pay, it takes less than an hour. It saves hours of manual time sheet calculation. It is more accurate and has saved us money due to substitutes only being paid for jobs that now can be verified thru the system…One click and it is done— we export (data) directly to our CIMS payroll system. Unemployment Claims

  • I look like a genius when it comes to unemployment claims. When asked about substitute responses, I can give details to the extreme about a substitute’s availability, rejections, cancelations and all sorts of juicy tidbits. I can even tell them which telephone line they were using, if it was an incoming or outgoing line. When a job is not filled, I can easily grab a report of available subs and pick out a sub who I know I can talk into doing the job. Once again…I look like a genius! Our fill rate is fantastic. Using the leave control tabs has saved a lot of emailing time to let people know they had taken their limit on sick, personal or vacation days. We have set up different reasons for absences making it easier to track grant money and also time spent on our mentoring programs.
